Vista Records Policies


Order Fulfillment and Shipping:  Vista Records processes orders for its products and provides packaging and mailing
services.  We generally process orders and ship within 5 business days or less.  CDs are shipped through the U.S.
Postal Service (first class mail) and tracking services are not available.


Secure Web Transactions:    When you purchase a product on our site, the financial transaction is processed by
Yahoo!, Paypal and their affiliates.  You may charge your purchase to your credit card or to your Paypal account.

Refunds:  We can provide a refund for your order only before the order is shipped.  After you place an order, you can
send an e-mail to customer-service@vistamusicstore.com and we will attempt to stop the order before it has shipped.  
After your order has shipped we do not provide refunds.


Privacy:  Vista Records takes your privacy seriously.  
We collect your name, address, and credit card information for the purpose of completing the transactions that you
request.  We do not provide this information to 3rd parties not involved in these transactions.

We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to
provide the products or services you've requested.

We only add participants to our e-mail and mailing lists if they have requested to be added.
